The retainer is a stand alone fee included within the bride packages.

What is the retainer for? This is what holds your date as a White Carpet Bride. It reserves your artist(s) for those 2-18months in advance of your big day. It also helps cover administrative hours, rent, licensing, insurance, legal fees, CPA’s and bookkeepers, taxes, lighting, heating and cooling, professional kit products, continuing education for our artists, research, marketing, etc. etc. etc. We also patron several small business owners to help take care of some of those items, so we practice what we hold true and dear.

Getting ready outside the downtown KC/Plaza area or having a Destination wedding? Travel fees are calculated accordingly - starting at $100.

Any travel within the downtown KC/Plaza areas is free of charge.
