$200 non-transferrable, non-refundable retainer.
The retainer is a stand alone fee that, along with a signed contract, holds your date on our teams’ calendar.
What is the retainer for? This is what holds your date as a White Carpet Bride. It reserves your artist(s) for those 2-18 months in advance of your big day. It also helps cover administrative hours, rent, licensing, insurance, legal fees, CPA’s and bookkeepers, taxes, lighting, heating and cooling, professional kit products, continuing education for our artists, research, marketing, etc. etc. etc. We also patron several small business owners to help take care of some of those items, so we practice what we hold true and dear.

Any travel within the downtown KC/Plaza areas is free of charge.
Getting ready outside the greater KC area or having a Destination wedding? Travel fees are calculated accordingly - starting at $125.

Anything over 1.5 hours from downtown KC is considered a destination.
Destination packages begin at $3000 + hotel room booked for the artist at the same hotel as the wedding party by the Bride.

*If hair needs to be blow-dried an additional $25 charge will be assessed.
Virtual 1-on-1 Lesson (1 hour)

Commercial rates
Half Day (up to 4 hours) $550
Full day (4-8 hours) $1100
Additional hours above full day rate $200/hr.
*Commercial is defined as anything non-wedding, boudoir, maternity or special occasion. This includes but is not limited to: headshots, commercials, films, corporate events, speaking engagements, etc.
