They’re the BEST!) and beyond wonderful brides every weekend is truly my life’s calling. Having high standards of excellence and keeping ahead of the trend curve fuel my passion. I crave the different. I desire the flawless. I dream of the perfect. Helping a bride and her girlies look and feel absolutely stunning is my devotion. When I meet you, I want to know everything. I want to know your inspiration, your color story, what your florals are going to look like, your engagement story, your favorite cup of coffee! I want to take it all and create your perfect Wedding Day look. All eyes are on you! I want you to truly be White Carpet Ready.

Alyssa Beckmann

Lead Hair and Makeup Artist

I’ve always loved weddings! As a kid watching The Wedding Planner I just KNEW I’d be a wedding planner with a super cool headset. Clearly, I followed my heart – just in a slightly different direction. As I grew up, I found a passion for beauty but always loved the wedding industry. After I graduated cosmetology school, I worked in a salon and taught at a cosmetology school but felt something was missing. After starting a family and with much encouragement from my amazing husband, I made the leap into the world of wedding beauty with White Carpet Bride. I truly couldn’t think of a more perfect way to combine my two passions! There’s no better feeling than making someone feel their best; it is even better when it’s their wedding day!

Isabella Torri

Lead Hair and Makeup Artist

Hi, I’m Isabella. I’m a professional hair and makeup artist in Kansas City, MO. Art has always been a huge passion of mine. I grew up in a very artistic household with my Dad as an Illustrator and my Mom as a Hair & Makeup Artist. For as far back as I can remember, I knew I wanted to do both Illustration and Makeup, and I did just that. Combining both and doing intricate Face/Body painting. I was able to build up a sturdy portfolio on social media and attend an Art Institute. I quickly realized the beauty industry was my route and began Cosmetology school where I finally felt like I could do what I was meant to do. My favorite part about what I do are the endless possibilities of creativity; whether it’s an intricate face paint or an elegant look on a client!

Alexis Durr

Lead Makeup Artist

Growing up I always had a huge passion for the beauty and fashion industry. I dreamed of having a career doing makeup but had no idea how to get there. After coming back from school in Colorado, I spent several years training and learning all about the cosmetic industry until I finally came across White Carpet Bride. It has been an absolute dream working with this amazing group of ladies for the past several years, and I love that we are able to be a part of making a bride’s big day even more special!

Karlee Thygerson

Lead Hair Stylist

I’m a mom of 2 boys. If you can’t find me with my kids or working. I’m probably at the gym, I compete in NPC bikini competitions.

Beauty and health has always been a passion of mine! When I was little my parents had to hide the scissors from me. I had cut my own hair 26 times by age 4. I was also the friend that got everyone ready for homecoming or prom in high school. After high school I was debating my career. I decided to follow my passion and went to hair school in 2014. After graduating from that I went to KU. In 2018 I graduated from KU in business marketing and management! I’m coming up in 10 years in wedding styling, mainly being freelance in that time. But now that I’m with the White Carpet Bride family, it feels so good to have a work family by my side!

Sara Brady

Hair Stylist

A passion for providing individually-tailored and creatively-driven services to clients was instilled in me from a very young age due to both of my parents owning their own businesses, with my mom specifically working in the beauty industry. For the last 15 years, friends have come to me to do their hair and makeup for a multitude of different occasions, which has encouraged me to continuously seek out new techniques through various educational platforms. When I was given the opportunity to begin working with White Carpet Bride in 2019, I couldn’t have been more excited! The energy of a bridal party on a wedding day is electric and I feel grateful to have a part in making each person feel their absolute best!

Danielle Yingling-Lickteig

Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist

I have loved doing hair for as long as I can remember. I was constantly braiding my sister’s hair and trying out new styles on my friends for school dances. Going to cosmetology school was one of the most defining moments in my life and I knew I had found what I was meant to do.

The first wedding I did hair and makeup for is something I’ll always remember. It was such a wonderful feeling knowing I was helping a bride and all her favorite people feel their best. Joining White Capet Bride has been a dream come true for me. It’s such an honor to be a part of someone’s special day!

Being the youngest of 3 girls, I rarely had to do my own hair but as I got older I became more curious and began to learn. Then that led to having a line of girls at summer camp waiting to get their hair braided everyday. So that being said, I love doing hair!

In my last few years of high school, I began looking into the beauty industry- specifically wedding hair and makeup because I loved the thought of helping people feel and look stunning on their big day. Continuing my training, I found White Carpet Bride and it was the perfect fit!I love being able to make someone’s dream a reality and get to chat and learn all about them in the process!
